Gave 2 of these as "retirement gifts" for Asst. Scoutmasters. The mugs are high quality - hefty stainless steel (expect them to stand up to years of campsite use), nice lids. The engraving was excellent - no bad edges, delivered product looked like proof, The recipients were overjoyed and others were impressed with the quality appearance. Ordering process is great - easy to design the custom engraving with lots of font options, etc. Easy to adjust and save multiple copies of a layout; I really liked being able to print proofs (for committee review) before ordering. Uploading graphics and editing the upload to fit was simple. NOTE: Customer service is extraordinary! Quick response to chats, and other contacts. Very helpful with design and suggesting shipping options for best arrival on a short notice order. But best of all - when there was a discrepancy between order and received item, the team at Etchified MADE IT RIGHT; NO HASSLE! I have recommended them highly for both product and service and told literally everyone about how great this turned out. We are already looking at ordering from Etchified again!
