Not only was production and shipping EXTREMELY fast, customer service and the rep that I worked with was absolutely amazing. The owala bottles themselves? G-O-R-G-E-O-U-S!!!!!!!! Such an incredible service compared to just other companies that "ink" or "screen print" on the surface. These look so professional/classy/expensive.
