Elk Antler Whole Chew

I order two jumbo elk antlers. I am not impressed. In the first week one was chewed down to three inches. That was only giving it to my dog sporadically an hour here and there. She is a heavy chewer, but still. I have another antler that is going on years of use from another source. The second antler is holding up much better and has only gone down in size slightly. For the price and past experience with antlers I was expecting to get a lot more time out of these. Not sure if I will buy from here again. Feeling very disappointed

I wouldn’t have given you such a terrible review if I hadn’t experienced the following issues: I have been trying to cancel the subscription for both the split and the whole chews. There is no customer service number to Contact, andI was required to fill out a form to submit. Not notification of this last subscription order came in the middle of the night on an to submit. Notification of this last subscription order came in the middle of the night on a Sunday morning so it’s going to be very difficult to contact anywhere to begin with. Basically,I am still getting these subscription orders, even though I tried to cancel. Unfortunately my dog just doesn’t like to chew on them. He’s a Shih Tzu and he is a heavy tour, but he just doesn’t seem interested. My son‘s golden retriever loves them, but unfortunately, the size that I have is too small for her to safely chew on. So I’m stuck with multiple orders sitting in my pantry, which I’ll probably wind up donating to the local rescue. If you resolve my issue and refund the charges from the latest order that I can’t seem to be able to cancel then I will change my review because I think it is a good product all in all.

My 125 pound Cane Corso loves it. He's been chewing on it for about two weeks and it's basically indestructible, which is my goal. Great product.
