Spicy Chorizo

Overall it’s a good product. The spice level is fine and so is the taste. My only crit would be texture. The link is very hard and just a tad bit grainy (when eaten). There was a delay in my shipment and I was told it was held longer than the cooling packs were designed for. The products were very warm when they arrived. So I don’t know if those factors attributed to the texture of the chorizo. I would try again to find out.

This was really good when you’re in the mood for a little bit more spicy flavor. Again, since it’s been years since I’ve had good salami and cheese, I was in heaven. I don’t want to say bad things about some of the faux deli meat out there, but I was put off by the texture; but yours is perfect. Thank you absolutely delicious..
