Great product. Its always tough finding everything you need in med kits, especially the smaller bags. This opens up and the clear labeled pockets allow you to instantly see what's where. Really nice in the case of trauma bleeding or compromised airway. And, it rolls up tight to fit nicely in my backpack, my mountain bike gear, and my dry bag when kayaking. Highly recommend it!
