Very Beautiful but order change did not happen

the wreaths are extremely beautiful and all 4 of my recipients loved them. my only issue is that i called & changed the type of wreath, paid the upcharge and was assured the change was made, but it was not. a later inquiry was not addressed. bottom line, i will purchase again and make sure to do it right the first time. product quality 5+ stars, customer service 3

I sent this as a Christmas gift and my friends just loved it! I received a wreath as a gift and I absolutely loved it! Unique, always fresh and beautifully wrapped!! I will continue to order as gifts for the people I love.
