I am wishing there were more Velcro area on the metal part. So far I haven't lost a cushion yet, but it seems like it could be made more secure with a broader Velcro base for the pillow to attach to. I love the adjustability of it, though. And it does really get out of the way for face and neck work.

The face rest is such an important part of the relaxation process and this one definitely the best!
