Awsome product and a good price.

I feel that a refurbished robot is not a very good robot to purchase. I have multiple issues with the current one that I have purchased. The problem that I am having is every time I get an issue fixed on the device it cost me $90 to mail it to them. They do mail it back for free. But now instead of it being a $1000 purchase it is now a $1200 purchase because I had to send it back two times.I would have been better off just buying a brand new one and it would be covered under the warranty itself.
