The remote showed up used with leaking 5 year old batteries in it. I am working with customer service for a replacement. Customer Service responded immediately on a Sunday after the request was sent and again at 9:30am on Monday to assure that a NEW replacement remote controller was shipped. The customer service and response time is impressive which gives me confidence in the company.
