A Rare & Magnificent Choice

It starts with a warm pecan & caramel flavor while smelling nutmeg, allspice, & very, very subtle maple. There is a very quiet background of raisin, black tea, and an after taste of apple all of which I think lends to that sulfurous & dark maple idea. It's not maple & going into this looking for maple will only disappoint. What it is is warm pecan pie, gingerbread, and the essence of late fall - nostalgia incarnate. It is sweet and melodic like a medium roast though richly dark for those less adventurous. I would wholeheartedly recommend this as a latte or cappuccino, especially with either a few whole pralines or a pecan syrup at the bottom of your mug.
