Amazing oven, finally in the natural gas Gen 2 version. Honestly, it can get very very hot and it xan retain tge heat for a very long time. I ordered this when it first became avaliable and I have no regrets. Shipping was excellent. Entire order arrived on a pallet, pristine delivery, very heavy...needs two people to lift it on to the stand. It comes with straps to help maneuver it out of the packaging. The oven build quality and performance are excellent. I also ordered the accessories and am committed to mastering this oven.
