The bag would be great, except it came with a missing handle which is specifically advertised on the website. If they respond to my contacts to them, it will be a great recommendation. Otherwise, it doesn’t instill trust.

Absolutely my favorite backpack bar-none

Man, I absolutely love this bag. The quality and attention to detail are unmatched. For anyone else, I’d have no notes; but since it’s clear you guys take the details seriously… I have just one. The magnet ball flaps are genius, but could be improved with a little gortex eve to keep rain from getting the liner wet (think like the rain guards on car windows). Anyway, keep making awesome bags guys.
