For Me a New Item...I gave one to my partner...He loves it (did not offer to pay for it :)...Fine "Sand Paper" (200 Grit) Cleans the Eraser very well...As I said relatively "New for Me"...At this point a 5.0...Time will tell...

Cleaned off my dirty dirty paddle easily, I have a kevlar weave paddle and it worked as good even on my only car on fiber paddle, and delivered 3 days before it said it would.

seems to do the job

not sure what the eraser is made of, maybe some kind of proprietary rubber composite with a tacky feel. Works fairly well once you get the hang of how to use it.
