This pecan nut butter has a good, mild flavor. The jar I got required quite a bit of stirring to reach uniform consistency. The consistency is a bit thin but firms up a bit after refrigeration so I am keeping it in the 'fridge. It certainly spreads easily. I love that it comes from a family business. I will certainly order more.
