I ordered a set set of coils, but the right side coil is making squishy noise that could be heard about 5-10 fee away in the office. I have never experienced this sound coming front the coil on my 20yrs as a Z-coil customer. I contacted customer service who immediately sent me a new set of z-coils. The new coils are working great. Enclosed nonslip coil

Absolutely love the coil. For any of you out there using the safety toe hiker as a work boot these are a must. The rugged coil is very slippery on factory concrete floors. When you order I was told that you can use the notes section to ask that your boot be fitted with this instead of the rugged sole. I highly suggest that you do.
