Too much space up front and not enough in back

These don't fit right. The toe prong is too wide length-wise and pushed my toe back towards the heel. So there is a big gap in the toe area up front and my heel hangs off the back. So now my heel doesn't sit properly in the heel cup, it is along the edge and not as comfortable as it should be. There is too much toe space and I have long toes! I have a true size 9 foot and these should fit correctly but due to the toe prong pushing the whole foot back toward the heel, it's just not fitting properly.

Love these sandals! I purchased a pair from Marshall's in 2023, and walked out of the store with them on. They are like walking on pillows. I walked all around Long Beach with these on my feet. I practically wore them out. I wanted another pair, but they were a bit more than what was in my pocket ($$$) But I had to have them. When I went on the website and saw these particular limited pair, I just went for it. I have gotten so many compliment on them and they are the most comfortable flip flop ever! I think I will always wear this brand.

Very comfortable and fit to size sandals. The cushion is optimal and are perfect for recovery after a workout. Good option for those with flat feet
