Z-Fit Custom Arch Insole

I really love that you can wear these with the regular insole or with the sizing insert or with both if your foot is small enough to still fit in the shoe (my foot wasn't small enough so it just felt tight). They come in their own bag with 3 arches for each foot so if you realize during the day you need to change the arch support, you can put the bag in your purse or in your car and switch them out as needed. I also like that you can change which support you have on each foot for those of us that have a high arch on one foot and a low or medium on the other. I have 2 sets because i have 2 pairs of shoes and am actually looking at ordering another set when I order hiking shoes.
