Diamond Hour Glass (28 oz)

This company is not for me. I ordered two copper water bottles for myself and my partner. I waited over a week from ordering, and didnt receive any communication, so I reached out and was told they were waiting on the shipment and it would go out soon. Ok, no problem at all there, just wish they had been a bit more communicative. The bottles finally arrive and I test them for lead, as many companies are terrible about false products and the bottles being made in India gave me pause. The lead test was positive, so I reached out asking for a return and stating my tests came back positive. The customer service was super rude about it, telling me my “cheap” tests are inaccurate. I was blown away with how weird their response was, so I reached out again asking if they had a test they could suggest that IS accurate in their opinion. Again, the response was crazy stating that there are no cheap tests that work. I’m spending $50 per water bottle, I’m not trying to be cheap? Weirdos.

I bought one of these for myself and one for my sister, and we both totally enjoying them and looking forward to the benefits of drinking from copper vessels

Did some copper tests and it smells like a penny. Seems legit
