Vesla made things right

Did not receive the Vesla I ordered, got in touch with Customer Service and right away they made things right!!! Very easy to work with and very quick!! Vesla is an awesome water bottle, easy to clean and no smells!!! I would buy again and again!!!

I expected more for a $40+ (w tax, S/H) kid bottle

I love the look of it and the size for my taste and desire. However, the top came with two scuffed dents on it and the glued on pad on the bottom is off centered making it scratchy on one side. I was a bit put off about it but figured it’s going to get dented along time. But the biggest concern is: It’s more difficult to actually use. The top doesn’t twist on easily nor smoothly. It makes me think it’s going to leak due to this. It has not yet but now it’s something always on my mind when I carry it. Not sure if mine was defective from the start and was going to send back but I want to believe jn and support ‘USA mom and pop’ companies. Surprised it passed quality assurance tests and chalked this up to being how it should be. So I’m not returning but just explaining my 3 star review. I really LOVE the look and trust in the healthier benefits of it.

Love my Vesla bottle

I actually got the kid's size for my wife and I and they are perfect in the car. The water definitely tastes better and we look forward to the health benefits. Very happy with this product and the service at Vesla. Steve
