Giffard Non-Alcoholic Ginger Liqueur

Ginger-y with some pretty strong shrub notes

We love the Giffard aperitif so we branched out to give this one a shot! It's certainly got some pleasant ginger notes, but it also has a pretty pronounced vinegar-y undertone that almost makes it taste like a ginger shrub or ginger kombucha. If you're not expecting it, it's the kind of thing that can throw you for a loop. Even still, mixes well and some of the more sharp nose-y notes go away when combined in a mocktail!

Love that it has that slight burn in the back of your throat. My favorite of the liquors .
