Ordered these because i was unsure if the thigh highs would be too high, and they’re perfect! I am 5’4 and these are the perfect OTKs and the thigh highs are perfectly thigh high. Will be purchasing again.

Definitely NOT 20" at cuff!
I ordered two different styles of socks, and this style is too small at the cuff, despite stated sizing of 20". The other style I got (O Basics Knee Socks) stated size of 19 inches at cuff, yet they fit perfectly. Sadly returning these.
