Diamond Rib Knee Socks

Item is slightly damaged and I want to return but the shop is unresponsive to my emails inquiring how (the return form says not to use it in these cases, and to contact them if item is damaged.) Not pleased with this lack of customer service. I did hear back once, but they didn't answer my question on how to return. Just told me they don't pay for return shipping but ignored the part about item being defective.

Cute and Stylish

These socks have a preppy feel and are a statement piece. They aren't as soft or thick as I imagined, but they do feel warm. I have a short inseam with about 14.5 in. calves and find that these sit most comfortably right under my knees (not over the knee as pictured).
