I have been a repeat customer of Snag Tights for years, consistently choosing your brand specifically because of the durability and quality I’ve come to rely on. Your products justify the premium price point through long-lasting wear. However, I am deeply disappointed by my recent purchase of nude stockings from your website. The first time I wore them, they tore in the toe—completely unwearable. This is completely out of character for Snag’s usual quality standard and suggests a significant decline in manufacturing consistency. For the price I paid, this product failed to deliver. I would appreciate a replacement or refund.

They’re great! I think I will try another colour too! PS. I’ve never seen actual builder’s tea that pale, but it’s a great colour for tights
