The best thing I could have done

I was a little hesitant to get the test done this way, and I kept seeing ads for it. I did my research and decided to get the test. I was still hesitant when it arrived, but I took the test on a Friday and had my results Tuesday morning. If you only count business days, that was definitely under 72 hours. I would recommend this to anyone who needs to find out if they have sleep apnea.

Very convenient and quick

This was very convenient, shipped and arrived VERY quickly!! The results were ready for me in only one day which expedited getting a CPAP ordered. Only complaint was the snug fitting finger cuff that wanted to come off if I flexed my finger. I used medical tape (same as I used on the on chest monitor) and taped it to my finger. Otherwise it worked very well.

I hope I dont have sleep apnea

It was nice and easy to follow only thing is I had a hard time sleeping because im not use to sleeping with things squeeze to my finger and wires with monsters. But when I did fall asleep it was good.
