The device was very easy to set up and put on, and did not cause any discomfort during my night of sleep. Results were returned quickly, and were fairly easy to understand after reading through the details about each of the data points. I would have liked to use the device across multiple nights to get a clearer picture of variations in sleep patterns. The post-test consultation with a specialist was not very helpful. She ran through the results quickly and merely confirmed my understanding.
