Artisana's tahini is in a class of its own. It's smooth, not thin, yet not too thick. The taste is rich and it blends well into everything. I've been using it in blueberry buckwheat muffins and it adds nutrients, flavor and texture. It could not be better and is a very versatile ingredient that I could see would make great hummus, and would go well with any recipe that calls for tahini. It is natural so it needs to be stirred upon opening.

This raw tahini is a staple in my diet. I use it as a spread, in savory sauces, in desserts. My local Whole Foods stopped carrying it so I ordered directly. Easy! Now I have 6 jars and don't have to worry about running out!
