I like this butter. I decided to try it as an alternative to peanut butter. Since it's summertime I decided to put it the fridge so of course it will be firm. It has a nice smell and taste. I use it on toast and it works great!

I switched from using coconut oil, to coconut butter.

I read that coconut butter is more nutrtitious than coconut oil. I use this product in various recipes, one being a chocolate concoction that I have been making for many years. The coconut butter's consistency is much better than the oil. I'm glad I switched.
