My optometrist recommended that I use the mask to alleviate blocked tear ducts that have bothered me for several years. I heat and use it twice a day, morning and evening, then massage the eyelash area. It has been several weeks and have noticed a slight improvement. I was advised it would take time to open them up. I am pleased with the progress and easy of mask use.
