I love these snacks; they are fun to eat because they are crunchy and spicy. A great boost of quick protein and energy.

Tiny package

Although promoted to be 9 g of protein, the individual packages are only 3 grams of protein. Disappointing. Flavors are excellent. The tiny packages are dense foil and way beyond necessary. Such waste. Perhaps when packaging and portions improve, I'll try them again. Until then, nope.
