Been thoroughly enjoying this cookbook so far! All the desserts we've tried have been wonderful. I thought the fettuccine alfredo was delicious and so filling, and I'm planning to cook so many more recipes from this book over the coming weeks. My omni partner loved the French toast!

Hi Nora. So many good things to say about your book. Concise. Recipes that are simple, easy to read and understand. Pictures of each recipe that make you want to hurry up and make it and eat it. Your caring, thoughtful words introducing each recipe add to the fun of the execution of the recipes. And the, actual sitting down and chowing down is always worth the time it takes to prepare, make and serve 'em up. Thank you.
I have been admiring and making your recipes from your online offerings for probably over a year. About a month ago when I realized you offered a lot of your recipes in a book, well I just had to get it. The first wonderful thing I made was your Chocolate-No-Bake cookies. Well everyone who tried them were satisfied. I made three of the sandwich fillings. Boy are they nice alternatives of other staple sandwich fillings. The coleslaw dressing is a nice improvisation than another recipe I was using. And the Macaroni Salad was a nice version compared to other recipes I have tried.
My other recipe books have been banned to the bookshelf in our dining room while your new book resides in a special place in our kitchen within easy reach whenever I need a reason to try something new.
Thank you,
Jim McAuley
