Seven years of Corbasi Peppers
Dear Friends at Pinetree Seeds, I lived in Türkiye from 1967 to 1971. Corbasi peppers were a regular addition to many of their great meals such as Shish Kebobs. Usually get two orders a year from your catalog. I usually have 50 to 75 plants in my garden. We cook with them and share them every day into the fall. They are not hot so I use them as the main ingredient of 4 or 5 peppers in my pickled peppers each year. I use the pickled peppers all year in different dishes and meals. It was wonderful when I found them in your catalog. I grow them in full sun and also a partial shaded garden. They are a fabulous abundant and beautiful plant. Derrill Browning, Middle Georgia Zone 8

My “harvest”
I’ve bought your seeds for years, but concerning this particular chile, I only got the seeds a few weeks ago and planted them a few days ago. If plants from your seeds produced that quickly, I’d never shop anyplace else, EVER!

Corbaci Peppers
I bought this great Turkish pepper in 2018 and was VERY pleased with it - so again for 2019! It is very long and slender, many people think it has to be hot! However it is sweet, strong flavored, and stands up well to stir fry and soups, unlike most “American” peppers. Good producer AND the plants definitely need staking!
