Great design, quality, and customer service

My wife and I each got a Bravo Totepack. For me, the Bravo Totepack has been a worthwhile upgrade from my old PKG backpack. It’s slimmer, making it the right size to carry my 14-inch laptop and my lunch case for everyday work. The straps are firm and easier to release, which is very convenient for someone who commutes by SkyTrain. I’m able to fit all my EDC items—such as cables, a power bank, earbuds, a pen, and my Kindle—into the small compartments. The external and internal umbrella/water bottle compartments are also very versatile, whether the weather changes or I decide to go out on my days off. Three surprisingly enjoyable features are the large handle, the small external compartment with a magnetic closure for quick-access items, and the magnetic carabiner for keys. For my wife, she decided to retire her old Coach bag, which she had been using for more than a decade. The Bravo Totepack turned out to be the perfect replacement—much more flexible and versatile, while maintaining a similar charm. Finally, I would like to mention that we had an issue with delivery, but the Alpaka team did everything they could to resolve it, with daily updates and prompt action. ⸻
