I love the roasted artichokes.They are great in salads, pasta, and straight out of the jar. I like to have a couple of jars in the pantry.

Purchased roasted artichokes for Etto cookbook recipe page 46. Recipe was very good, but not sure the roasted artichokes added anything special. I will try recipe with regular marinated artichokes next time to compare. Love your cookbook!
