Great Bacalao

I'm a big bacalao lover and it's hard to find good bacalao in the U.S. I was happy to find Frank and Sal and enjoy the quality of the fish. I was hesitant at the beginning as the fish came from NY and I'm in WA but it arrived within 2 days and just fine. It was a beautiful bacalao piece and very tasty. I will definitely by from them again.

My Puerto Rican parents are 95 and 90, who had a catering business in Wisconsin most of their adult life. I am their almost sixty-year-old daughter who ordered this Bacalao for them, and we were all left speechless with the packaging, quality, and delivery of our bacalao to Lake Country, Wisconsin. It was the finest bacalao we have ever witnessed. Thank you for selling such exquisite salted cod!!! No waste whatsoever … perfection at its finest!!!! Keep up the good work; your thoughtfulness in customer care was felt deeply!!! BRAVO 👏🏼

Beautiful Bacalhau

The fish is beautiful and I have it soaking for 72 hrs before making my Azorean version of Bacalhau Cataplana from the wonderful O’Pescador restaurant on Terciera. Thanks for having such a great product.
