This company was amazing! We had many questions before purchasing the Nomadic rooftop tent. We requested information about it and Carsten took the time to talk with us over the phone for over an hour and answer all of our questions. He went above and beyond what customer service should be. Once we received the tent, we had an unfortunate event of an entire ant colony creating their nest in our tent and biting through parts. I reached out to Carsten and he communicated with the company directly for a repair kit. This is a great quality tent, we just had some bad luck in the mountains while it was stored. Go with this company and you won’t go wrong. Amazing customer service!

The OVS tent has proved to be an exceptional purchase, high quality, easy to set up and take down and very comfortable. Additionally, the purchase experience and customer service is excellent at Open Road, Carsten definitely understands what it takes to run a business, it is nice to see these days that someone still takes a few seconds to make sure you are satisfied.
