Jack was great. After owning tire gauge for 2 1/2 years it quit working. Once I sent a pic of box and provided receipt they replaced without any question. That is great customer service.

I am physically challenged, and this piece of equipment makes it so easy to check tire pressure and add air at the same time without having to strain to see the traditional tire gauge psi

Warranty claim

I put purchased the Flo Pro Digital Tire Inflator and was really enjoying the ease of inflating my vehicle tires until it quit working. I was very bummed and began troubleshooting per the instructions on the Jaco web site. After several attempts, I came to the realization that it was a goner. I decided to send Jaco customer service a email to see if there was anything else I could try. A super nice man whose name is Wade responded and thanked me for my efforts trying to troubleshoot the problem. He said the sensor was bad and he would be sending a replacement to me. After a few days my new tire inflator arrived and I couldn't be happier. Hats off to Wade for his kindness and professionalism in handling my warranty claim. Jaco really does take care of their customers.
