Wade in customer service provide a quick and easy replacement of my nearly 2yr old Jaco inflator. I have lived this unit and was sad something went wrong. I provided a picture of the unit and proof of purchase and Wase quickly sent me a new one. Great customer service. Thanks Wade!

Customer service is top notch

I have several JACO products I work as a diesel technician for rather large company in the United States ended up buying the flow pro 2. 0 to use on tires instead of using a gauge and then having to manually fill them up the first one I bought I was having an issue with an over ring that was leaking on the system and I contacted customer support even though I was able to fix the O-ring myself the folks over at Jaco sent me a rebuild kit and after determining the unit that I purchased had a bar inside that was splitting the O-ring. No questions asked they sent me a brand new flow pro this is the kind of customer service that every company should strive for It has made me a customer for life so far this new one that I have been using as far as superior to my blue point, my Astro pneumatic and my Mac tools, tire gauges. We have a system at work to check them and it is within . 5 of accuracy. If you’re thinking do I need this? Do I want it? Should I buy it? Yes, to all the above, you will not be disappointed.

Excellent product and even better customer service!

I purchased this unit approximately 4 years ago and it performed well. Recently, however, it began a hissing air leak from around the dial. I contacted customer service, explained the situation and provided my receipt from Amazon. A new unit appeared at my doorstep several days later. I highly recommend this product and company. Great customer service!!
