It’s powerful, well made, & sturdy. Can be used for frothing, emulsifying, mixing - even thick protein powders. This is my 2nd one from Zulay - & the only brand I trust. My other Zulay frother still works perfectly - maybe too well as it was kidnapped and taken off to college.
