My first frother malfunctioned and, after showing Zulay Kitchen what happened, they quickly replaced it free of charge. All I had to do was pay shipping for the new one to be sent. This frother never vibrated uncontrollably, never stopped working, never stopped taking a charge, and always perfectly frothed my milk, whisked my matcha, and made my drinks deliciously the way I wanted.
