Still a bit too green/fresh for me

Honestly, I started drinking Silver needle from Yunnan with the Jinggu one, which has consistently been sweet, delicious, thick and honey like. . this one was a little more green tasting, and smelled like walking through a late spring meadow, chewing on a grass stalk. Might let it rest for a few more months to age it before I try again
