Frontcountry Ball Head

PERFECT for both GLASSING and SHOOTING -- and buy the HANDLE too!

This just replaced my old pan-tilt head, now I can pan-tilt for glassing AND ball-head for shooting! Very well executed equipment. The pan-tilt feature REALLY makes this much superior to the many other ball heads out there and it is cleanly implemented. The tension adjusters are perfect. He also sells a nice carbon-fiber handle as an accessory. I much prefer to use this for glassing/spotting and I leave it on for shooting too, I'd highly recommend buying both.

Good ball head trouble with handle

Good ball head had trouble with tilt lock but customer service helped me out on that only reason it’s not 5 star is when you put a handle on it every time I got to a new glassing spot the handle was loose

Much better than expected - I expected a lot.

The functionality of this head blows me away. This replaces a simple ball head so there is really no comparison.
