Paid for guaranteed 2 day shipping, arrived a week and a half after it was supposed to. Customer service said they can’t refund the shipping because they got it on the door in time. Now I get an automated email asking for a review after 2 weeks of ownership but I just got it in the mail yesterday. Missed my moose hunt. Looks quality in the packaging though.

I am really impressed so far. Easy set up and easy to use. I purchased a set for my Zeiss 20x60x85 spotting scope, and for my Vortex Razor HD Bino’s. Heading to Alaska in 2 weeks and will really put them to the test.
