Hori hori is construction, solid. Leather sheath is ok, the design is nice but the leather is mid to low grade

Great Gift!
I got this for my son-in-law's birthday. He is taking the plunge and starting a vegetable garden. He was very pleased! The blade has a nice heft, useful measurement markings on the blade and a lovely handle to boot. Also, a lovely holster to house the blade at his side while working in the garden.
