Ebony Kale

Ebony Kale will be a mainstay in my future Gardening

I'm really loving the Ebony Kale from Territorial seeds. I prepare it as a steamed/stewed green. Also as an addition to other more leafy Kale and Chard, and as in combination in oven roasted vegetables, or simply by itself roasted with a light Olive oil brushing. Also Ebony is great as roasted Kale chips with seasonings. Germination was high percentage and it grows fast as well as comes back eagerly after each cutting.

I planted these poor instructions and about half came up. Still the number of plants should be sufficient for our wants.

Fast grow

I'm having an easy time growing this kale. It's sizable too. Stays very upright so I was able to plant four within inches of each other. I'm in the low desert so I'm growing in the fall haeded towards winter. Very nice leaves for picking from the outside of the plant
