No complaints here. Directions are solid. Seasoning products are high quality. I'll use again. Time to experiment with other flavors. I'll use cheese next time too.

Elk pepperoni

This was our first time ever making pepperoni. We watched multiple videos that the bearded butchers put out very informative very detailed. We ordered the jalapeño cheddar kit and the Cajun kit. I’ve since shared my pepperoni with many of my friends, and they keep raving about how good it is. We recently bagged a couple deer late season hunt and will be making more pepperoni. Can’t wait to see how it turns out.
