Classic Bratwurst Kit

I mixed together hi temp cheese and about 5 lbs. of pork sausage, and 20lbs. venison with this kit to make venison brats and my family and friends absolutely love them. They want more! Thanks Bearded Butchers!

Great seasoning

Purchased 1 dyi bratwurst package. Loved it. I ordered another package to do cheese. Awesome . So simple to use, directions right there, no need to go online . I got the sopicys snacks yet to do but I assume they will be great.

Easy/delicious

These casings are much easier than conventional casings! The process was done in no time and the spices are amazing!! Will use these for deer brats from now on!
