Watched a video the Bearded butchers made comparing collagen casings to natural casings. So, I gave it a try and glad I did. These collagen casings are some of the best I havw used. The stuffing went smoothly and no holes appeared as with some casings I've used from other sources. I will definitely order again!

Different

Im used to using natural casings so this was a bit of a struggle to work with. I will try again to see if I can master the technique. The sausage that I made came out great.
