Dry easy to use works well could use a little more suction but over all a nice little machine

Bad First Impression...
The package arrived 3/4 torn open. The box (not the unit) was dented. And there were no bags included.
I notified Customer Service who speedily responded. They offered to replace the unit and send 10 bags. They saved the sale and gained a satisfied customer.
