Really good stuff
Normally I brew all grain batches. But, my last brew because of time restraints, I brewed an extract beer with several different specialty grains along with 9 lbs dark LME, with a 10 HBU pack for my hops. I was surprised at how fantastic this beer turned out and the flavor is out of this world. I liked it so much I’m getting ready to to brew a 15 gallon batch and yes I’m going to use the dark LME again.
