I take it faithfully. Very pleased with the product.

Results?

I noticed no change at all. Taking 3/day as instructed. I still get a stomach ache especially after eating beef or rich foods. Not eating any fried foods. I stick to bland usually. Any suggestion?

I feel relief of discomfort in my stomach at this point. Need to start the diet when I get the grocery list made.
